My Training Style
Too often, I hear complaints about health being difficult to keep up with. With the right resources and mindsets, it should be simple. Your body is a gift and you only have one, so it’s vital to take the best care of it you possibly can. This should always be priority. I will show you how to do this in a way that is sustainable, nourishing, and practical for real life.
Immediately turning focus to the muscular system is convenient, but directing attention to the nervous system and breathing mechanics creates far more impactful change, ultimately shifting how you feel for the better. We’ll still move and strengthen muscles from day one, but the emphasis is on training your system to feel safe, calm, and regulated.
Each of my sessions is 60 minutes long. We will use this time wisely so that after each hour together, you are a better version of yourself. We will connect through meaningful conversations to help you better understand yourself. I will guide you through a full workout with careful attention to your form and breathing patterns. The more we work together, the more I will be able to curate your plan to be exactly what your body needs. We will notice compensatory patterns over time and address them so you feel better in the long run.
Training builds strength - and strength is what allows you to live freely and confidently. Healthy bones and muscles aren’t just goals; they are what make all the things you love about life possible. The stronger you are, the more life there will be to love! It is very important to remember that health is not to be perfected.
